We needed to have some plumbing work done at our summer home here and because of reliability issues we have experienced here, we contacted Jason at Argonaut Plumbing in Aurora. We had a recomendation from a family member. In preparation for finishing our basement, we needed to move the water heater downstairs, move a floor drain to accomodate that move, add a condensation line to the condensation pump on the furnace, move some drain lines from upstairs and I was having issues with the septic system and wanted him to run his camera down the line. Jason assured us that he would be happy to come up and take care of our requirements and that he could work us into his schedule. He arrived on time and immediately began work by moving the water heater so that we wouldn't be inconvenienced. He progressed from that to completing all of the rest of the items on my list and in addition, he moved a drain line in another room so that when I finished the room, I wouldn't have to lower the ceiling. He also took the time to layout the bathroom downstairs so that I could get it all framed up and prepared for him to come back and put in the shower base and the rest of the plumbing. Jason was very pleasant to have in our home and was fast and efficient and very professional. I could immediately tell that he knew exactly what he was doing and that he took a great deal of pride in his work. It was all done quickly, correctly and with a minimum of disruption. His camera and locator equipment quickly identified our septic line problem as two sagging areas and the results were accurate within inches. Knowing exactly what and where the problem was made the repair much quicker and easier. He picked up after himself,cleaned up the entire area and returned everything to it's original condition and even swept the floor after himself. We were very satisfied with his work and are extremely pleased with the outcome and the overall experience. We look forward to having him back to complete our bathroom downstairs.
