Very good experience

I just started with AIRTRON, I had a complete system installed and it had a ghost problem that was hard to find. They found the problem but more importantly, everytime I called them from the CSR’s to the service tech’s.. EVERYONE, EVERYTIME was very polite, very professional, on time. From the salesman on through everyone else I have talked to deserve more than 5 stars. I would recommend AIRTRON to anyone anytime.

Airtron does what they say they will do! I like that in a company! We made an appointment. They told us they would be at our home between 10:00 AM and noon and they would call first. They called and came when they said. The service tech was friendly and professional. We have been Airtron customers for about 10 years and will remain their customer as long as Indiana has cold winters and warm summers. I’m thinking that means forever.

I have been using Airtron for semi annual maintenance on both the heating and air conditioning units. The service has been very good, professional and knowledgeable techs. They review each visit with you and make recommendations if necessary. Very pleased with this service.

I recently had to have my air conditioning unit replaced and after shopping around, AirtronIndy was the best Value. They were very professional and did everything they said they would. The tech was extremely knowledgeable about the product the company sold me and he even informed me of the rebates that were available.     I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH AIRTRON SERVICE. I HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THEM TO SERVICE MY FURNACE AND AIR CONDTIONER. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK. THEY HAVE ALWAYS RESPONDED QUICKLY TO HANDLE MY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS. THE CONTRACT ALLOWS ME TO BE CONSIDERED QUICKLY WHEN IN NEED NO MATTER WHAT THE PROBLEM OR TEMPATURE MAY BE.
