They found the problem but more importantly, everytime I called them from the CSR's to the service tech's.. EVERYONE, EVERYTIME was very polite, very professional, on time. From the salesman on through everyone else I have talked to deserve more than 5 stars. I would recommend AIRTRON to anyone anytime. I like that in a company! We made an appointment. They told us they would be at our home between 10:00 AM and noon and they would call first. They called and came when they said. The service tech was friendly and professional. We have been Airtron customers for about 10 years and will remain their customer as long as Indiana has cold winters and warm summers. I'm thinking that means forever. Airtron does what they say they will do! I like that in a company! We made an appointment.
